Sticker Pack Design Contest

We are excited to announce that in celebration of the holidays, and 5th anniversary of Safe Haven, we are hosting a Sticker Pack Design Contest.

We invite you all to use your (hidden) talents and creativity to make an awesome design and submit it via the form at the bottom of this page.

After the contest ends (December 24th 00.00h CET), the submissions will be announced on our social media channels (Telegram, Discord, Twitter). Anyone in the community can let us know in our social media channels what his/her favorite sticker is.

The 5 best and most popular stickers will be placed within the new 5-sticker merchandise pack. They will be available for sale in our webshop and used as promotional materials at conferences.

We tried to make this contest as easy as possible, so you don’t have to be a professional designer to participate. More guidelines are available below.

🖌️ How to participate?

Create a unique design and submit it via the form below before deadline. As soon as the contest ends (24th December) we will choose the winners with the help of our community in our Discord.

📖 Design Guidelines

✅ Submit files in PNG or JPEG format with at least 300 DPI
We recommend using PNG for designs with a transparent background. For other designs, we advise preparing files in JPEG instead.

✅ Create files with sRGB color profile
To ensure your design looks the same when printed as it does on screen, make sure you create your print file in an sRGB color profile.

✅ Automatic white border
Note that during printing we will automatically add a white border around the solid edge of the object.

✅ Be original and creative
Never copy another artist’s work. Be sure to respect every copyright for the assets you use.

✅ Submit a clean design
When making a print file with a transparent background, make sure there are no rogue pixels still visible outside the outline of your piece. Even the slightest detail will be picked up, printed, and cut as a separate element on the sticker sheet.

✅ Try out transparent details
If you wish to have stickers with cut-out elements (e.g. donut with an empty middle), make them part of the design you wish to have cut out fully transparent, and have enough space (at least ​0.25” (0.64 cm)) for the white border.
