Last month was full of milestones, and we’re excited to announce updates to Inheriti® 2.1 that make managing your digital inheritance and backups easier than ever. This release includes the merger of page and login features, improved merge authority access, the introduction of standard and advanced modes, and a helpdesk support ticketing system. We have also implemented GDPR compliance measures for retrieving your account data, along with UI/UX enhancements and minor bug fixes to improve your experience. We also shared our strategic direction and addressed ongoing questions that have led to some uncertainty. Enjoy reading!

Inheriti® Update

We’re delighted to bring you several new updates to make managing your digital inheritance and backups even easier!

Here’s a selection of what’s new in Inheriti® 2.1:

  • Merge page & login page combined
  • Standard vs advanced mode
  • Helpdesk support ticketing system
  • Retrieve your account data (GDPR compliance)

Merge Page & Login Page Combined

We’ve merged the public ‘merge page’ with the login page, making it easier for Merge Authorities (MAs) to access their assigned plans. Now, whether you’re an MA or a user, you can find the public merge option more quickly without needing to search for a separate page.

Standard vs Advanced Mode

Based on user feedback, we’ve introduced a toggle that allows users to switch between the standard and advanced mode of Inheriti®. The default standard mode offers a cleaner, simpler interface. Alternatively, users can opt for the advanced mode, which unlocks web3 features, more technical details, and customization options, such as share distribution and blockchain storage. You can enable or disable Advanced Mode in your account settings.

Helpdesk Support Ticketing System

We’ve made it easier to get help when you need it! You can now create a support ticket within the app and receive updates when our team has resolved your issue.

Support is now just a few clicks away.

Retrieve Your Account Data

In compliance with GDPR regulations, you can now request a file of your personal data directly from your “My Inheriti” page. This includes account data, plan details (of course not your encrypted secret data, we don’t store that!), invoices, and more, giving you full transparency over the data we store.

LinkedIn Marketing Update

We have launched a series of ‘weekly long-form content’ articles on LinkedIn. The goal of these articles is to increase visibility and establish thought leadership while showcasing Inheriti® as a product and highlighting its unique features. Each article will explore topics related to digital inheritance, data protection challenges, Inheriti’s unique selling points, and more. We’ll begin with one article per week, focusing on organic distribution at first. Once we establish a solid foundation and gain traction with the LinkedIn algorithm, we will boost our distribution efforts. Update on Our Strategy and Future Direction

We want to elaborate on our strategic direction and address some questions within our community.

As a product-led business, our main focus is on developing a best-in-class data protection and digital inheritance solution. With the launch of Inheriti® 2.0, we are intensifying our efforts to bring our product to market and enhance its features. Our target audiences now extend beyond crypto-native users to include B2B partnerships, vital for our growth in the early-stage digital legacy market.

We operate as a financially self-sustaining business, having allocated funds from the Safe Haven ICO primarily towards product development. Moving forward, we will focus on product-led marketing and sustainable growth, avoiding substantial marketing investments until we establish stronger traction.

Regarding our token, we will not engage in direct token marketing in the short to medium term. Instead, resources will be directed toward product growth, while discussions with exchanges and strategic partners will focus on product partnerships.

Our tokenomics are designed to reward node holders, maintaining our commitment as a utility token. While we recognize trends in web3, we are focused on serious, long-term objectives rather than short-term hype.

Historically, some marketing strategies caused distractions from our long-term goals. With Inheriti® 2.0, we are realigning our efforts and concentrating on executing our plans, with the token remaining a crucial part of our strategy.

Moving forward, we will enhance our community engagement through monthly updates and maintain open communication channels. We will close our Discord and restructure our Telegram group to foster a positive environment, and we will address negativity constructively.

As we explore new token-based models aligned with today’s landscape, we appreciate your support and remain committed to building the future of digital inheritance together.
