Strategic Business Update

Recently we have announced our preparations of our marketing plan, the listing of SHA on XRPL, new listings on SafeSwap (more on that soon) and hinted at a very clear multi chain future for Inheriti®. We are now nearing the launch of our main product, the product where we’ve worked so hard for: Inheriti® 2.0.

Development Update 2024/02

Inheriti® 2.0 development saw another productive month behind the scenes as we further refined the user experience, continued our internal team testing and prepared for our CGM Ambassador testing phase. This month has seen improvements to the checkout process by seamlessly integrating Safe Node holder discounts, successful deployment of an inheritance plan on Vechain, invoicing for businesses and private users, and more!

We remain steadfast in our intention of providing our community with up-to-date and sufficient information about the progress of Safe Haven and its products. To be sure we match expectations well, we initiated a vote to determine how frequently the community would like to receive Flash Friday Development updates. The community voted, with “Monthly updates” securing a 33% majority. Based on this outcome, the team has decided to publish Flash Development updates once a month, on the last Friday of each month.

Big week in crypto! In an important legal case, Ripple Labs achieved a significant win in a ruling issued by a judge last week. The court determined that Ripple's XRP token is not classified as a security when it is sold on exchanges. However, the ruling also stated that XRP can be considered a security when it is sold to institutional investors, meeting the criteria outlined in the Howey Test. This legal victory is a crucial step for Ripple (and the crypto space in general) in their ongoing battle with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The SEC had sought to impose additional regulations on the XRP token, arguing that it should be classified as a security. The ruling provides clarity on the classification of XRP, highlighting the complex nature of token regulation in the cryptocurrency industry. On a similar note, it is worth mentioning that Safe Haven's SHA token, when evaluated in correlation with the U.S. Supreme Court's decision within SEC v. W.J. Howey Co., does not meet the criteria that would designate it as a security either. Instead, SHA is positioned as a utility token that primarily functions within the Safe Haven ecosystem, providing users with access to various products, services and functionalities. As we continue our commitment to building an ecosystem with innovative solutions and SHA utility, we also remain dedicated to empowering individuals and businesses in safeguarding their own digital assets. Safe Haven/SafeTech — European Patent Progress Update

SafeTech management recently received word as of October 18, 2021 that pending European Patent: EP3654578 METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR CRYPTOGRAPHIC PRIVATE KEY MANAGEMENT FOR SECURE MULTIPARTY STORAGE AND TRANSFER OF INFORMATION, is now intended to be granted.

Inheriti Community Edition is Live! The first fully-decentralized digital inheritance solution has been launched and is available for the blockchain-connoisseurs all over the world!

Several years have gone into the release of such an elaborate platform. Hours of dedication to the technical, legal, and business development have been spent to get us here. Every one person who ever joined our telegram, ‘liked’ our Twitter account, or dedicated their time to testing the platform, we are in your debt and we can only hope that our success is your success.

Inheriti BETA Release

We have finally reached a point where we feel confident in releasing the Inheriti BETA. All necessary pieces are in place to begin the rollout. In its current state, Inheriti is focused on security and the overall use of the platform. In the coming months, it will receive a visual overhaul to make the platform more marketable. SafeID has been successfully integrated, along with the functionality of SafeKey (more on this below). To begin the process of waking this platform, we believe it is best to release Inheriti in phases.

Development Update: ThorPay

ThorPay has been on our roadmap for quite some time. It has been most worked on within Q3/Q4; in truth, Inheriti, ThorBlock, SafeNode, SafeKey, SafeID all took precedence. It is not what we originally intended, however we need to be resilient and be able to flex if/when necessary. Safe Haven’s ecosystem is dependent on several other elements within, therefore at times it requires us to change directions. We of course, did not want to move from 2019 without an update. It is also a very good possibility that this will be the last development update prior to the public BETA release. Expect to see more on ThorPay in the near future…

Safe Haven Adds Fundraising and Charity to ThorBlock in Upgraded Version

ThorBlock’s upgrade has been desired for quite some time and like the community, we have looked forward to its release. For a proper upgrade, we wanted to ensure the additions of SHA utility, Fundraising and Charity pools; a more user-friendly interface; the introduction of multiple wallet providers; and SafeID. All of these points have been met, integrated and tested, and we are proud to present ThorBlock v2.

Conveniences Added in Safe Node Upgrade v1.0.6

It is not unusual for us to quietly observe the requests of the community. We normally would not employ an announcement for the application’s upgrade, however this upgrade involves another element of the Safe Haven ecosystem and we wanted to offer some clarity. As the community is already aware, Safe Node is an important element to our ecosystem. The primary reason for its existence is to track the community nodes and allow for the utilization of what each specific node offers. Some of the more involved benefits require verification of node status. With this in mind, Node will at times undergo upgrades that add another element to the application as a whole.

As we have mentioned, our intent is to deliver the pricing models and gas usage of all platforms as they roll out. In our efforts to secure the milestones laid before us within the first quarter, one could understand we now have some catching up to do in regards to these business models. Below you find the detailed business model for the ThorPay platform and the Safe Haven Inheritance Platform (SHIP).

Safe Haven Waves Goodbye to the Ethereum Blockchain, Last Chance to Swap your SHA!

It has been quite sometime since we had our initial private sale [Primablock] and presale on the Ethereum Blockchain. Since June 2018, we have cleared many hurdles and accomplished a great many things, including moving from the Ethereum Blockchain to the VeChainThor Blockchain. Now fully integrated into the VeChain Community, it is time that we close the remaining Ethereum link, and give one last opportunity to those who participated in the these sales and hold an ERC-20 SHA token to swap. On May 31, 2019, we will cease the opportunity for initial private buyers to undergo the Know Your Customer (KYC) process and swap ERC-20 SHA tokens for VIP-180 SHA tokens. KYC will have to be completed and verified prior to swapping.

Safe Haven Inheritance Platform (SHIP) v1.0 — Complete

The Safe Haven team is proud to announce that the initial form of our flagship product, the Safe Haven Inheritance Platform (SHIP), has been completed. After many long months of hard work, the SHIP, as explained in our ICO Whitepaper, is ready for action and, our team has several potential partnerships lined up for near-term integration. Like many great ideas, there are always improvements that can be made — and this is the norm for Safe Haven, we are already hard at work creating an enhanced version of the SHIP that will pave the way towards rapid mass adoption as we speak.

Introducing SafeWallet: Safe Haven Announces New Web Wallet Interface

Following a series of announcements near the end of Quarter 1, the completion of Safe Haven’s Web Wallet Interface, known as “SafeWallet,” is a simple yet important update to the Safe Haven lineup and to the VeChain ecosystem as a whole. Since humans are visual creatures, there may be some confusion as to what exactly this “wallet” is (due to the fact that it is not actually a stand-alone wallet), but does look like one. Rather, it is a user interface that allows for the Safe Haven and VeChain community members to view and use various types of existing wallets in a desktop-friendly, decentralized GUI. Hopefully that clears up many questions before they arise.

Our digital identity is more important today than ever before, especially within the growing crypto-sphere. Correct representation on social media and in public is essential for both individuals and businesses. Moreover we can hardly forego important online services such as banking and finances. Stolen accounts and wallets can have disastrous consequences for those affected. At the same time, successful attacks on online services and accounts are repeatedly being made public. Perpetrators also use captured usernames and passwords in order to log in with those credentials to other online services, which is why most large online services now support two-factor authentication.

Having seamlessly executed our token generating event (TGE), we immediately turned our attention to another TGE within the VeChainThor ecosystem: Plair (PLA). Upon the successful distribution of both SHA and PLA, utilizing a fully operational blockchain based production, we can confidently state that Safe Haven has completed a pivotal phase in the development of our project, while building a product that provides immediate value to the blockchain.

ThorBlock is a product of Safe Haven. The primary objective of ThorBlock is to handle the remittance and accounting of contributors’ pooled funds specific to offerings within the VeChain ecosystem. In short, utilizing ThorBlock allows pooled funds between multiple contributors to be accounted for and safely managed.
