Business Development Update

SafeSwap Launched 

SafeSwap has officially launched and is available to clients that wish to connect with a DeFi wallet to perform atomic swapping protocols. This is a huge step for evolving our product suite, empowering the organization with crosschain tools that enable our products to be utilized on non-native chains!

Safe Haven Officially Welcomes SafeSwap to the Product Suite

The Role of SHA in SafeSwap 

SafeSwap’s reward system is centered around benefiting Safe Haven node owners and contains buy back and burn elements. The node reward pool is filled by SafeSwap in two ways: 

1. New token listings. 30% with a max of 3000 USD worth of the listing fee will be used to market buy SHA and be added to the node reward pool.
2. Swap fees. 50% goes to the Foundation, 45% is used to market buy SHA to be sent to the utility reward pool, and 5% is destined to market buy SHA and be burned.

Marketing Activities Intensified 

With the release of SafeSwap, we are ramping up our marketing by promoting SafeSwap on several blogs, platforms, news pages, and social media platforms. We are also in contact with YouTubers and video makers. To celebrate with our community and help raise awareness outside our community we organized a Design Contest and SafeSwap Giveaway.  

The main focus of our marketing activities will be B2B; we are intensifying and broadening our contacts with projects and blockchains. Everybody was waiting to see it work, so now we are going after those new listings and blockchains.   

We canceled the banner on CMC and Coingecko a couple of months ago when we internally designed our marketing plan for SafeSwap. We received advice from marketing experts that the costs are high and the client retention is minimal. We decided to spend the money on more sustainable marketing activities – like the ones mentioned above – coupled with the expansion of the Sales/Partnership Department, content writing, creating higher SEO, and building marketing funnels.

Partnership Chain Estate 

Chain Estate targets real estate-backed DAO protocols. Chain Estate DAO provides physical asset-backed tokens that utilize NFTs to represent ownership of physical real estate properties. The project will help decide what properties the project invests in. Each time funds are raised to purchase a property, a poll will be released to the community via polling smart contracts, and each member can vote on what property Chain Estate DAO should purchase.

Shamanic Oracles NFT set to Mint on May 11th 

The Shamanic Oracles NFT project is being created for the Safe Haven and VeGnomes community, with intentions to include other partnered NFT projects as the play-to-earn game is being developed, to establish a fun environment providing unique games that teach the players about products within Safe Haven’s organization.

Closer Look at SafeSwap!

We are excited to announce the official launch of SafeSwap, our cross-chain bridge for atomic 1-on-1 swaps of digital assets between different blockchains. Our partner Red4Sec performed extensive community reviews and cybersecurity testing, hence the launch of SafeSwap! 

SafeSwap is the first bridge that connects the VeChain blockchain to other blockchains. It enables VeChain assets to swap between chains, along with tokens on the Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain and Polygon chains. Staking period May 

The staking period for May is closed. The numbers of engagement are just a little bit lower than the month before, probably also due to saving $SHA for the minting of the Shamanic Oracles on 11 May.  
All nodes earned the 2% extra APR, except the Legacy node holders, who’s extra APR will be 1,5%.
