Flash Development Update [2023/12] - Safe Haven

Flash Development Update [2023/12]

Back to news

While it hasn’t been the most eventful week -because of our focus on the Comet 2.0 beta testing program- we do have some updates to share. Next to receiving the first valuable feedback from our beta testers, the Safe Haven Twitter account got verified and our CEO is attending the Paris Blockchain Week.

Did you miss this week’s news and details?

Get ready for our overview. 👇

Twitter Blue Badge

This week, the Twitter account of Safe Haven has been verified and granted a blue badge, an important measure to deter scammers and fraudulent impersonators from misrepresenting Safe Haven on the social media platform.

The badge can help users to easily identify the genuine Safe Haven account and adds credibility to the company’s online presence, providing assurance to followers that they are engaging with the official Safe Haven Twitter page.

Jürgen Joins Magma at Paris Blockchain Week

Our CEO Jürgen is currently attending the Paris Blockchain Week, where he is representing Safe Haven and SafeTech together with our partner, Magma.

Magma is an innovative project that has developed an online platform connecting buyers, sellers, and real estate agents in the U.S., offering unique 4-dimensional digital twins of buildings with all architectural and contractual documentation validated by stakeholders.

SafeTech, the development company behind Safe Haven, is working together with Magma, exploring new synergies and integrating Inheriti®, our digital inheritance product, to transfer ownership for the Digital Twins created through Magma.

Jürgen’s attendance at the Paris Blockchain Week is an exciting opportunity to learn from the brightest minds in the industry and share experiences and expertise. We’re excited to see what new ideas and insights will emerge from this event and to continue to push the boundaries of what’s possible with blockchain technology.

We look forward to sharing more updates on our collaboration with Magma and the progress of our joint efforts towards a more decentralized and transparent real estate industry.

Comet 2.0 Beta Testing Ongoing

As you are all aware, the Comet 2.0 beta testing program started this week, and we are thrilled to report that our beta testers have been diligently testing the Comet wallet browser extension.

We have already received valuable feedback on the user-friendliness of the interface and the process of managing tokens and transactions. We appreciate the support and dedication of our beta testers, who are instrumental in helping us create a secure and easy-to-use wallet for Web3.

In keeping with our commitment to transparency, we will provide regular updates on the beta testing progress. We understand that many of you are eagerly awaiting the release of Comet 2.0, and we appreciate your patience as we work to address any issues that are being identified during the beta testing phase.

It is important to note that we are taking testing and debugging seriously, and we do not want to rush the launch. We are devoting the necessary time and resources to thoroughly test and debug every feature to ensure that it meets our high standards before sending it over to audit.

Please stay tuned for more updates in the coming weeks as we work towards auditing and launching Comet 2.0.

Comet New Website In The Making

In addition to the beta testing program, we are also hard at work behind the scenes developing a new product website for Comet. We have designed a new brand style for the Comet 2.0 wallet UI, which will be reflected in the new website design.

We believe that the new design will make it easier to attract new users to both Comet and the rest of the Safe Haven ecosystem. It will also better showcase all features of Comet and provide a seamless user experience for our users.

We can’t wait to share the new website with you soon!

Jürgen Sharing His Expertise

In addition to the updates regarding Comet, we also wanted to share an audio fragment that was shared by XX Network. They had the pleasure of hosting our CEO, Jürgen Schouppe, as a guest speaker to discuss the important topics of privacy and quantum resistance.

During the talk, Jürgen shared his insights on the challenges surrounding these topics and discussed potential solutions. It’s great to see our CEO sharing his expertise and engaging with the community in such an important conversation.
