Due to vacations and various activities happening behind the scenes, this week’s FF will be concise. There are some opportunities and developments that we are really excited about, and which we look forward to elaborating on in the upcoming weeks.

SafeSwap on Coinbase dApp list

Coinbase has recognized Safeswap and featured it on their dApp list on Coinbase.com. This is a significant acknowledgement of Safeswap’s contribution to the development of cross-chain technology, and calls for a small celebration. 🎉

SafeNode app

As we continue to work diligently on Inheriti® 2.0, we are simultaneously focused on integrating Stripe for fiat payments and on advancing SafeKey Mobile, a secure storage solution for Inheriti shares on mobile devices. Stripe will be integrated into Inheriti® 2.0 from the very start, SafeKey Mobile soon after. It is all coming together. Additionally, we are eagerly awaiting the return of Comet wallet 2.0 from our development team. Alongside these efforts, we are conducting tests for Optimism integration in SafeSwap and organizing outreach efforts to projects on Base and other connected chains.

Lastly, we are actively working on developing a new SafeNode app. In an ever-evolving digital landscape, security is paramount, and we’re dedicated to ensuring that SafeNode not only meets but exceeds the latest security standards and requirements set by Android and iOS app stores. Last week, we focused on the new Ionic version for Android devices. To ensure compliance with the latest security standards and meets the requirements of both Android and iOS app stores.

Vechain VeWorld mobile wallet launch

Congratulations to the vechain team on the successful launch of VeWorld mobile wallet! We are well aware of the dedication and tireless efforts your developer teams have poured into delivering this remarkable milestone, setting a new standard for vechain’s wallet infrastructure. The current iteration is just the beginning of what promises to be a series of groundbreaking additions aimed at elevating the quality and functionality of the vechain ecosystem.

If you want to use the VeWorld wallet and you have SHA stored in the VechainThor wallet, you can import this wallet into the new app by using the seed phrase. Since your wallet address won’t change, this doesn’t affect your holdings and/or node setup.

We noticed that the VeWorld wallet does not have a feature to export your keystore, which is necessary to import a wallet into the SafeNode app. Bad news: it’s not possible to use the VeWorld wallet with the SafeNode app. Good news: VechainThor wallet will be around for a while and our Comet wallet 2.0 will have the function to export keystore, this way you can keep on upgrade/initiate SHA-Nodes in the SafeNode app.

We are happy with the new wallet, it provides a great opportunity to integrate some of our products. 😁

Web3 X Spaces

Our next Web3 X Spaces event is scheduled for October 6th at 19:00 (GMT). Please mark it in your calendar. We are excited to announce that Mac Mac will be joining us. He is a well known Optimism, Moonwell and Moonbeam community member, and we are eager to hear the interesting insights and perspectives he can provide on the future of Base blockchain.
