Last week, unfortunately, we had to skip our weekly update because some of our team members went on a well-deserved vacation and others were affected by the situation in their country. We are happy to report that the situation in the affected country has improved somewhat, and we are optimistic that our team members will be able to return to full productivity in due course.

AI remains a hot topic this week. With the rise of artificial intelligence and concerns about data, it becomes important to make a commitment to protect our valuable data. First SafeSwap Whitelabel Contract Signed

We are pleased to announce that we signed the first-ever SafeSwap Whitelabel contract. The whitelabel contract allows the other party to pay for a license to use SafeSwap with their own branding.

A whitelabel agreement is advantageous for dApp developers who can thus integrate SafeSwap into their solutions under their own brand name. It offers the possibility to quickly establish themselves and offer the service without having to create it from scratch. It also offers the builders and projects the opportunity to establish more direct relationships with customers, allowing them to better target their marketing.

The whitelabel contract is a mutually beneficial agreement for both Safe Haven/SafeTech and our SHA node holders. By entering into this type of contract, we are able to expand our customer base and provide customer support services for these new customers. This allows us to reach a wider audience and enhance our overall service offerings.

Furthermore, this arrangement also benefits our SHA node holders. The set portion of the swap fees is still distributed to SHA node holders.

Overall, the whitelabel contract supports our growth and expansion plans, while also providing benefits for our valued SHA node holders. We are also working on a reseller program for SafeSwap. Interested parties can come forward for more information.

More Chain Integrations SafeSwap

We are currently working hard to expand the number of chain integrations available in SafeSwap. Our goal is to provide builders and users with an even wider range of options of chains and tokens/coins. In the coming weeks, we hope to be able to share more information with you about the progress we have made on this front. We are excited about the potential that these new integrations will bring to our platform, and we believe that they will help us to continue providing our users with the best possible experience.

Preparation Customer Support Structure

Our goal is to enhance customer support and experience, which will help us increase our user base and help us prepare for higher adoption. To achieve this aim, we are planning to implement a ticket support system, in addition to the technical assistance provided through our various channels.

This new system will bring several benefits, including faster and more efficient support, which will enable us to resolve issues more quickly and improve customer satisfaction.

Additionally, the ticket support system will help us collect and analyze data on customer interactions, allowing us to recommend changes to improve our products and processes.

Finally, the system will make it easier to track technical problems, ensuring that we can identify and address issues promptly. It will also help us identify missing or incorrect information in process documentation, allowing us to improve our operational efficiency and provide better support to our clients.

Overall, the implementation of this ticket support system will be a significant step forward in our efforts to enhance customer support and experience, and we are confident that it will help us attract more users and improve our business performance in the long run.

Ongoing Inheriti® 2.0 and Comet Developments

Currently, we are eagerly awaiting the final version of Comet, so we can start the last internal tests and start auditing.

The Inheriti® 2.0 frontend developers have made significant progress in the frontend part of the development process, which is near completion. However, there are still other aspects of the development process that need to be completed before the release. The team is committed to delivering the best possible product and is taking the necessary steps to ensure that every aspect of the development process is thoroughly tested and vetted. As they move forward, they will continue to keep everyone informed of any updates or changes to the development process.

Staking Program August

There has been an overwhelming amount of interest in the August Staking Program. The Harbor and Consensus pools have reached full capacity due to the high demand from SHA holders. In fact, we have already hit the 200 million SHA cap for the second time this year, which is a remarkable achievement. It is clear that the SafeNode staking program has been a tremendous success, thanks in part to the increased number of holders, which currently stands at 11,370.

The high level of participation and interest from holders is a testament to the success of the program and we are confident that we will break that record in the future..

Voting Magic Square

As we mentioned in our last Flash Friday, we are pleased that SafeSwap has successfully passed the pre-approval step in the Magic Store Validation process. Magic Square stands as the gateway to Web3. Through the Magic Store, we offer traditional Web2 users and builders the ability to get acquainted with the benefits and functionality of SafeSwap, our cross chain atomic swapping protocol that’s changing the game for interoperability of tokens and dApps by transferring native tokens across chains.

The Community-Validation Step is ongoing and you can still vote for approving SafeSwap until August 17th. If we receive 60% or more “YES” votes, we will be granted an official “Validated” Badge on the Magic Store. At the moment almost 27K votes and SafeSwap is looking good. 😃
